By accessing or using the TCS Real Estate International website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

2. Description of Services

TCS Real Estate International provides real estate education, coaching, and community membership services. Our services include:

• Real estate licensing exam preparation programs
• Business coaching and scaling resources for licensed agents
• Deaf Friendly Certification program for real estate professionals
• Membership community access with educational content and resources
• Team opportunities for licensed agents joining TCS Real Estate International

3. User Accounts and Membership

To access membership content, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Membership access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted and may result in termination of your membership without refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

Membership fees are charged as described on the membership page at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. If you request a refund within 14 days and have not accessed more than 20% of the course content, we will issue a full refund at our discretion.

The content provided by TCS Real Estate International is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional real estate advice. Completion of any TCS Real Estate International program does not guarantee passing a licensing exam, closing transactions, or achieving any specific business outcome.

8. Community Standards

Our membership community is built on mutual respect, inclusion, and accessibility. Members are expected to treat all community members with respect, regardless of disability, communication style, race, gender, religion, or background. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal from the community without refund.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCS Real Estate International and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
