Is the content accessible for Deaf users?

Yes. Every piece of content we create is designed to be fully accessible. Courses are taught in ASL or with live ASL interpretation. All video content includes captions. Our platform and materials are built with the Deaf community at the center, not as an afterthought.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel your membership at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period.

I am brand new. Is this right for me?

Absolutely. Whether you are studying for your license, just passed, or years into your career, membership is designed to meet you where you are. The course library covers everything from licensing prep to advanced business strategy.

Do I need to know ASL to join?

No. TCS Real Estate International Membership is for all agents, Deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing. Coaching calls are interpreted. Courses include captions. The Deaf Friendly Certification teaches hearing agents how to serve Deaf clients effectively, even without fluency in ASL.

What is the difference between independent membership and team membership?

Independent membership is for real estate professionals who want access to TCS Real Estate International coaching, courses, and community without joining the TCS Real Estate International team. They pay either $97 per month or $997 per year. Team membership is for licensed agents who join TCS Real Estate International and our affiliated brokerage. Those agents receive full membership access included as part of joining the team, with no additional fee required.
